Terms & Conditions
All prices are F.O.B. All Native, LLC (CFNF). All
first-time purchases are C.O.D. For in-state customers only,
terms may be established for subsequent purchases by completion of a
credit application. Established credit terms are net 30 days
from invoice date and 1.5% interest per month or 18% annum will be
charged for late payment. You may be eligible to receive
discounts of up to 2% for early payment.
Credit applications may be forwarded via fax to expedite
processing. However, the original application along with
appropriate documentation should be forwarded via mail for our
retention.
Out-of-state customers may make purchases via bank check or
credit card (Visa/MC only). Payment should be received prior
to pick up or shipment.

Tree Reservation
Trees can be reserved in advance for customers in good standing
for future projects. Commitment to a specific delivery date
allows for proper allocation. For deliveries scheduled beyond
30 days of order, a non-refundable 30% deposit will be required to
secure availability and early tree selection. For orders
without a precisely known delivery date, advance reservation will
give first right of refusal on future crops, but will no longer be
secured past crop ready date. Contract growing options are
available upon request. Availability and delivery dates are
subject to modification.
Restocking
A 10% restocking fee will be charged for orders cancelled with
less than 24 hours notice prior to loading or for any returned
plants.
Claims and Liability
All Native, LLC (CFNF) gives no warranty, expressed or implied.
We guarantee all plant material will be in good condition at time of
sale and delivery. Any claim should be made within 24 hours of
receiving materials and liability is limited to purchase price.
Purchasing materials from All Native, LLC (CFNF) constitutes
acceptance of all terms and conditions. All Native is not
responsible for acts of God relating to future delivery of reserved
trees.
Delivery Conditions
Delivery is available for a reasonable fee and is for one drop
only. Additional delivery sites will be charged at a rate of
$50 per site within 20 miles and anything greater will be charged on
the per mile basis dependent on current fuel charges,
whichever is greater. Driver does not unload. Please have crew
available. Driver delays will be charged a rate of $50 per
hour. All sales are final upon acceptance of material.
Pick up of material requires 48 hours advance notice. All
Native, LLC. will have a crew available to load your product
purchases. No pick up available after 3 p.m. In the
event of an order cancellation, please notify our office at (800)

Job Related Orders
All job related orders on credit accounts will require the
receipt of a copy of the "Notice of Commencement" (NOC), or relevant
job information which may include project name, address, and legal
description, owner, contractor, developer, or sub-contractor's name
and address, bonding company name and address.
Tagging
We encourage customers to rely on our product selection team for
their tagging needs. Customer tagging can be arranged by
appointment only for established customers.
